PIKE
Pikemen come in various guises.
Light pikeman. No armour, just a helmet.
Medium pikeman. Helmet, jerkin or buffcoat.
Medium/Heavy pikeman. Helmet, back and breast
armour and jerkin.
Heavy pikeman. Helmet, back and breast armour
and tassets (articulated skirt attached to the front of the armour
to protect the thighs and groin area). This does not include his
living kit, snap sack etc. (See musketeer)
